We collect the information you submit through the demo request form: your name, work email address, organization, role, country, organization type, your description of which moments you would want captured, your preferred language, and — if you choose to provide them — the number of people in scope, your current learning or HR platform, and your desired implementation timeframe.

We also record that you gave consent, and when.

Our web server records standard technical information required to deliver the site securely, including IP address and request metadata. If you consent to analytics, we collect aggregated usage measurements as described in the Cookie Policy.

This website is not used to collect data about the employees, candidates or learners of your organization. Please do not include such data in the form.

We do not send the contents of form submissions to analytics services.

• To respond to your demo request and to contact you about it — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To operate and secure the website, including preventing abuse of the form — on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-abused service.
• To measure how the site is used, only where you have consented to analytics — on the basis of your consent.

Access is limited to the people in our organization who need it in order to answer your request.

Demo requests are processed by Formspree, which receives the submission and delivers it to us. Where you have consented to analytics, aggregated usage data is processed by Google Analytics; the cookies involved are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
