Kalonesis is an independent startup, currently in stealth, building capture software and a cloud platform for the moments where development happens inside an organisation.

What we are building
Kalonesis Harvest: capture software for the moments where people actually develop at work, connected to a cloud analysis platform that turns them into an evidence-based record. We are building it in the order that makes it usable — the capture and the record first, the things that read them afterwards.
The team
Kalonesis is in stealth, so we are not naming the people behind it yet. That is not the same as there being nobody: there is a founding team, and these are its two roles.

Background
Works in higher technical education (ITS) — the post-diploma track designed together with employers — on programmes in AI, software development and cybersecurity, built to close the gap between what a course teaches and what a job actually needs. A jurist by background, with experience in local government.
In Kalonesis
The side of the problem Kalonesis exists to solve: how people actually learn at work, and how what someone can do is matched to what a role needs. It is the question the Learning Twin answers for one person, and the one the 2027–2028 platform is meant to answer between people and organisations. Seen by those who prepare people for a job it is the same gap — what a course certifies, against what the job then asks for — and it is why the record starts from what someone demonstrates rather than from what they attended.

A technology entrepreneur and software architect, working in applied AI and agentic AI. As the founder of a software company, has taken complex digital products and infrastructure into production. Works on how autonomous AI systems should be governed, including open-source tooling for overseeing AI agents.
In Kalonesis
The two halves of what Kalonesis builds: the capture software, running on devices an organisation already owns and inside the meeting tools it already pays for, and the cloud analysis platform that turns what it captures into evidence — with the confidence of each conclusion stated beside it. Governing AI agents is not a side interest for this product: every conclusion it draws has to be traceable, reviewable and stoppable by a person.

Software that records people earns trust or it earns nothing
What is captured, who sees it and where it stops belong on the website, in public, before anyone asks. A product that cannot survive that page should not be built.
